The following spiritualist article contains some interesting references to 2012. A point in time when we should be moving into a "Golden Age". If anybody knows any more information about the article please let us know.
Every December as Christmas draws near we are reminded of what was perhaps the most momentous event in the history of modern spiritualism. It excited Victorian society and its results still linger on into the present century.
The event to which I refer commenced in 1869 when eight researchers gathered at the home of the well known Scottish medium David Duguid, for the purpose of investigating psychic phenomena.
Once the medium had gone into trance, he was taken over by a spirit claiming to be none other than the legendary Three Wise Men of biblical fame.
Introducing himself as Prince Hafed (Hafiz) he instructed the group to make notes of all he was to reveal, and so much detailed information did he in fact divulge, that the astonished researchers were required to attend no less than one hundred sittings over the next four years.
Hafed told how, during the reign of King Velogeses, having renounced all royal rights, he had entered the ranks of the Zoroastrian Magi, and eventually rose to become Arch Magus of all Persia.
He told how in the company of two brethren, they journeyed to Bethlehem to pay homage to the Christ child.
Of particular interest to the researchers were the details Hafed gave about the childhood and youth of Jesus - periods not mentioned in the Bible.
They were, for example, amazed to learn that Jesus had not only paid two visits to Persia, but had accompanied Hafed on a long trip to India, and brief visits to Rome and Athens.
Having also revealed how he 'died' in a Roman arena that had been built in Persia, Hafed then went on to give a most wonderful description of his life in the world of spirit published in the book 'Prince of Persia' in 1875. This immediately became a best-seller on both sides of the Atlantic and reprints of the book continued to be published until 1927, after which, surprisingly, it seemed to disappear without a trace until the late 1970's when Hafed decided the time was right for his autobiography to be revived for a new and modern public.
The instrument he chose to carry out the task was medium and healer Ronald Wright. Their association commenced in 1972 and still continues today.
The story of how Ronald was recruited by the spirit world to reproduce Hafed's masterpiece, is in itself an astonishing, and is described in the new book's introduction, first published in 1987 and still available today.
While the book was actually in the process of being printed, Ronald was brought into contact with another medium serving the illustrious Arch Magus. His name was Douglas Arnold and he lived at Harlow.
The two mediums were brought together in the Hertford Spiritualist Centre when Ronald was chairing a Sunday service, and Douglas was the guest speaker that week.
During the service Ronald stood up to give an Address and immediately became entranced by Prince Hafed who gave a most eloquent speech of his own.
When Ronald went to resume his seat, Douglas Arnold turned to him and enquired who the 'Persian' was? - saying that as Ronald spoke, his brown beard had turned white and grown longer, a beautiful blue turban had appeared on his head, and he had been dressed in a long and dazzling white robe.
Immediately Ronald was to recall that in Hafed's autobiography there was a passage which read 'When I grow older and my beard turned white, my favourite attire was always a blue turban and a white robe'.
This astonishing introduction was to be included in another very important book that Hafed was anxious to bring to public attention - his teachings entitled 'A New Set of Values'.
Sadly, Douglas Arnold passed to spirit in 1914, and it was not until 1998 that Ronald was able to raise sufficient funds for the new book's publication.
Like its predecessor, 'A New Set of Values' was to be most beautiful and very enlightening book. One thing it made very clear - Jesus had not wished to be the founder of an organised religion declaring that religions only served to divide humanity and that was not God's wish at all.
Like Nostradamus, Hafed also predicted that in the new millennium, indeed within the lifetime of many now living, a new war (with Islam) would trigger off Armageddon and lead
to a great new spiritual awakening.
In an even more recent book, published this year, entitled 'Invisible Realities', Ronald Wright echoes Hafed's warnings saying the crucial date will be around 2012, when after enduring a great deal of suffering, the people of the world will suddenly be transported into a new vibrational density - the fifth Dimension. Where survivors will experience a new 'Golden Age' when 'the lion shall lie down with the lamb' as predicted in the Bible.
Ronal declares that mankind has lost its way - lost the ability to run its own affairs, which is why around 2012 the Great Creative Energy Force we call 'God' must and WILL take over, for unless it does, then mankind can only completely destroy itself.
Ronald pointedly asks 'Will YOU be ready for the change when it comes'?
