Have you been "Had" by a psychic?
Times are changing for the psychic industry with the introduction of new law in the UK on the 6th of April, the CPR's (consumer protection against unfair trading regulations). In it psychics and mediums and indeed anyone who provides a "spiritualistic service" who charges for doing so, becomes a "trader" and the person who pays for the service becomes the "consumer" complete with all the protection of any other consumer, in any other trade such as someone who buys a faulty washing machine for example who then demands their money back. Of course there is protection for the provider of the service as well and the recognition in the eyes of the law that psychics and mediums provide a service.
I have recently been made the area organiser in Wales for the new self regulatory body in the UK that aims to regulate the quality of it's members who offer such spiritual services and provide a standard of professionalism. Run with the cooperation of the government it will give you the consumer extra protection from unscrupulous mediums that take advantage of the vulnerable.
