We specialise in The Wise Woman Abdominal-Sacral Massage, Gary Craig's EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Dr Larry Nim's BSFF (Be Set Free Fast) and Psychologist Zivorad Slavinski's PEAT. No drugs or equipment are involved. Our techniques are easily learnt by anyone.
There are two forms of expertise: Bodywork carried out by Helen Rohlicek and Mind/Body work carried out by Mary Hunt
BodyWork - Helen Rohlicek (non-verbal):
For Bodywork, Helen Rohlicek essentially utilises the Wise Woman Abdominal Massage.
Helen's expertise focuses primarily on the following common female complaints such as gastritis, low back pain, painful periods, failure to ovulate, fibroids, endometriosis and menopause.
The massage is founded on ancient techniques from various indigenous cultures. It is an external non invasive manipulation/massage that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi.
As well as relieving physical symptoms the massage is known to also relieve emotional issues.
Mind/Body - Mary Hunt (verbal):
For Mind/Body work, (mental, emotional and physical) Mary Hunt essentially utilises EFT and the EmotionalRepair Technique. Mary's expertise focuses primarily on the following problem areas:
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Abuse, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Stress.
These can and usually do express themselves in any of the those listed below:
Allergies, Fears, Phobias, Anger,Insomnia, Addictions, Compulsions, Depression, Hatred, Guilt, Jealousy, Pain, Nightmares, Shyness, Public Speaking, Self-Image, Self-Esteem and Lack of Confidence to name a few!
