In our first show of this podcast series we connect with spirit guide Gregory via the trance mediumship of Mick & Sylvie Avery. In the show Gregory brings through wonderful wisdom from the spirit world on a wide range of spiritual and metaphysical subjects.

Gregory discusses how we can be more spiritual and do the work NOW to lift ourselves up in these times of change, we don't need to wait to a future date to lift our consciousness, we need to be in the present moment NOW and just simply let go. Gregory provides his perspective on God, law of physicality, Higher self, Law of Attraction, positive action and his experience in the halls of learning meeting other spiritual beings not of this Earth.
