Recognising when in the higher dimensions:
I was talking to a friend who wants to know where she could find out about how it feels to go into the high dimension, the fifth upwards to 12, she wants to know if there is anything written or anything said in previous writing about it.

What should I look for? And the answer is? There is no written word, no book, no one, who can tell you this, because it comes down to you, your feelings and your spiritual self, the higher being you are within you.

Your energetic bodys knows everything, all the past, present, future, this knowledge is within your DNA, the structural patterns of your energetic body’s, the only way you can find out about it is by going within and truthfully looking at yourself, go into open focus meditation until you find yourself in the high dimension. Stay conscious while doing this and experience the feelings while keeping your mind clear of all thoughts until you find yourself in the place where you can understand the difference.

Then you will be able to progress from that point into the next stages that are purely your own perception, it’s what you're thinking at that time, how are you feeling, what is different about it!
The subtleties are so different that you must be very aware of all the little things that are going on inside you, at first when you try to look inside of you where all the things are written, you just come across the dimensional brick wall which stops dead, but when you start looking deeper inside, being quieter, being in the moment, but not only that’ you must open your mind and your thoughts up to everything that you do not know.

This sounds contradictory, how can you open your mind and thoughts up to something you don't know, It is possible? you just become more aware of what's really happening to your feelings when you're going into meditation, not listening to the inner voice, but being quietly in it on your own and observing the feeling and the energy you might see with your inner eye, is it laying still, do you feel that it’s moving sideways or up and down?
Do you feel expanded, or do you feel reduce? And when you feel reduced? How do you feel at that point? Is it tight?
This means you need to expose that part of you, this is opening your mind and reducing any tightness that you need to work on to open up, so that you can unclutter yourself and fine the true being that you are.

All humanity has been programmed to not investigate themself at all and when you do, you might find tightness or you might find expansion, follow it through meditation and being in the silence to and see how it pans out into a wonderful expanded light feeling of being at one with the universe, the feeling of love of the intellectual universal intelligence consciousness.

When you keep repeating these actions and going into this quiet single meditation there is no voices outside just you and your inner thoughts focusing on the moment of you being true to yourself, let go of all the things that you are on the outside and you stay there, by repeating it enough times, you get to feel that you know when you're there. and then while you're there you can just delight in the feeling of the expanded light consciousness of the universal intelligence, and you feel contented with that, and when inspiration comes, you feel you need to expand your voice and share it with others who may or may not know what you're talking about, but it is there and you know it.

When you finally get to the place of the moment and have
opened your thoughts up within this space, allowing your body to expand, do not be fearful it is quite wonderful when you get there, it gives you a confidence to know that what you're doing is completely right, because everything that you're feeling is within you and it’s pleasing to be feeling at one with the connected intellectual spiritual consciousness.
