Should we talk again about the hidden knowledge?
I know we've done quite a bit on this, and I've said most of the things that need to have been said, but I do feel’ at this time we need to reiterate how to get into the space, the void, into the silence, within this moment.
This is where you need to be’ to feel deeply in your heart your totally true, hidden insight

Practice the open focus meditation:
Find and quite comfortable place where you can think about your breathing and relax, as you breathe in and out, think about making the breath slow and quiet.

Find the natural rhythm that is comfortable for you.
As you inhale your breath gently fills your body, mind, and soul, reaching through to the muscles of your legs and arms, in this silence within, you are expanding.

Quite often you get intrusive thoughts.
What shopping do I need! what did I do yesterday! Am I ready for work tomorrow!

These thoughts are interrupting your silence, they're taking up the space in your time at this moment.
This is quite normal, but for this moment in time go back to your breathing, back to the quiet space of your breathing, until those thoughts go away, shut them down.

You’ll have all the time you need to reflect on those ideas later; you could spend a lifetime pondering them. But right now, you’ve decided to embrace the quiet—it’s a conscious choice in this moment.

As you tell these thoughts to go away, the emptiness becomes more apparent, the silence becomes more obvious within you.
You begin to feel the space and the power of the silence and the void, you must keep focusing on this through your breath.

Continue doing this, bringing yourself back to the nothingness through the breath and into the moment until you’ve lost yourself in it.
Continue this practice, using your breath to anchor yourself in the present moment, until you achieve a state of complete immersion.

At this stage, you are fully engaged, having reached what can be described as the void. This environment provides an opportunity to experience its inherent energy and sense of lightness.
Notice what truly inspires you.

It’s the void of your personal secrets of your life,
it may be things that you need to change in your life, it may be people you need to see or not. It’s time to change your ways.
***
It could be anything, could be something you're doing regularly every day, know that this void space is telling you your secret knowledge.
***
Keep doing it until you feel like you've had enough; then say thank you very much for everything, give gratitude.
Come back to your 3D reality where you can think about all those thoughts of tomorrow, yesterday, planning your life here and enjoy it because that is your life.

You are here as a human being a celestial being inside the human body to enjoy the 3D World and the life it gives, for the experience,

Enjoy it fully in all its different levels, including going into the void and reaching your own true hidden knowledge, which is accessible to you now, as a celestial being in a physical body, you have the right to know everything.
