One of my recent publications, with the above title, can easily be used for oneself, family, friends or even future clients if one wishes to follow that pathway. I enjoyed my time formulating and using it, and was always delighted when so many people commented on its general accuracy – ‘it’s like you know me’ some would say. Below is the foreword to the book.
