A few weeks leading up to this I came home from work to find my touch lamp had come on by itself. I lost my dad to lung cancer in January 08 and had been missing him alot so I lay in bed one night and asked him to show me a sign that he was ok and this is what happened that night, I went to sleep and was woken at 3am by my touch lamp turning itself on i thanked my dad and turned it off to try and go back to sleep, while lying there still awake within about 10mins of turning it off it came on again it was wierd watching it come on while I was awake i giggled and thanked dad again, then about half an hr later it came again I had to ask dad to let me sleep! This has never happened since and maybe its a new way of comunicating as I read one of the other entries on this forum where some one said that her touch light comes on when something in the family happens.
